Becky Morgan continues to improve

Last week Becky returned to Ross golf club, she is back home to play in the Scottish Open and The Open at Woburn. Since April Becky and I have been working on improving her putting. We have focused on:
Her stats have greatly improved, with a much higher percentage of her putts being made from all distances. We both are very happy with the results; Becky finished 4th in China and has had many solid top 30 finishes in the states.
Last week we worked on:
At Dundonald Links golf club, in the Scottish Open Becky performed fantastically on what was a challenging links course, with rounds of 68 and 66 after two rounds to put her into the lead going into the final day. Being interviewed after her round Becky was asked why she finds herself at the top of the leader board, this is what she had to say;
"The last two days honestly my putting has been great, I’ve holed out really well inside 6 feet and holed a couple of bombs."
As a coach this type of feedback is amazing.
Becky battled hard on the final day in the traditional Scottish rain and finished a credible 3rd place with lots of positives and lessons learnt from the week.
This week I have been fortunate enough to join Becky at Woburn for The Open Championship. Wow! What a fantastic experience. We spent time on the putting green dialling in to the tempo, using blast Motion. AimPoint Express was a great success, especially on the big undulating greens at Woburn.
On practice round day we walked the course together, analysing the pin positions for the week ahead gaining valuable information.
Follow Becky’s progress this week. Fingers crossed for another good week.
